many people do not eat breakfast they just skip it. Make a thumb rule that you do not skip the breakfast. Eat a small amount of meals every day. eat 8-9 times a day. Try to walk/run at least 30 minutes a day. Walking/Running can improve blood circulation, you can lose weight quickly.
